For all UK orders P&P charges start from £3.00 and increase incrementally up to an order value of £60.01, after which delivery is FREE. All orders sent outside the UK will incur charges as detailed below. Items are sent by Recorded delivery and a signature will be required.

Delivery Times

Europe - 3-4 working days.

The above delivery times are a guide only as we are unable to control the length of time it takes for Royal Mail or your local postal carrier to deliver your package.

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.

Please return your purchase within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, and in its box (if applicable), together with proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post in a padded envelope or similar. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused.
