Postage and Packaging Postage and Packing charges within the UK are as follows: We can also deliver your purchases to the EU or the Rest of the World. When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 3. Delivery Orders received by 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be despatched on the day of receipt. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day. Deliveries are sent by First Class Recorded delivery. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. 4. Privacy Policy The data entered on your order form will be added to our customer base and to process orders. We will NEVER give information about you to other companies and organisations. From time to time we may contact you with information regarding new products, special offers, events, etc., but if you do not wish to receive such information please email us at info@bagsafe.co.uk. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract. 5. Returns and Refund Policy Your satisfaction is our first priority, but we know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please return your purchase within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, and in its box (if applicable), together with proof of purchase. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. We strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded post in a padded envelope or similar. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase or return. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. 6. General Each and every item on our web site has been described in as full detail as we can provide. The images that are displayed may have minute differences in colour as each and every computer screen has slightly different shades and hues which is beyond our control. 7. Miscellaneous All prices on our web site are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. 8. Health and Safety BagSafe does not sell products for purchase by children as our products are not toys and as such should be kept away from children. BagSafe does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused, by any of its products. 9. Overseas Customers’ Payments Prices are displayed and will be processed in GBP Sterling which will show on your invoice. If your card is held in a different currency, your credit card provider will convert your purchase to your home currency on your credit card statement. Please note that any refund will be made in GBP and your card issuer will refund you the applicable amount in your currency taking into account the exchange rate when the refund is made and this could be different to the original rate you were charged when making your payment. Any other charges applied by your card issuer are at your own cost and this may not be reversed in the event of any refund or order cancellation. We have no control over currency conversions and therefore will not be held responsible for any difference between purchase and refund price.
